Headshot

Hi, I'm Caitlin Bernadas

I’m a student at HCC currently developing my skills as a designer and developer. With 2 years of experience in their Digital Communications program, I’ve become familiar with programming websites with HTML and CSS, as well as designing for web and print.

If you’re interested in exploring my work, let's chat.

About Me

My Work Experience

Through my time at Houston City College, I’ve been able to collaborate in various student projects with guidance and critique from my professors. I’ve learned to streamline my workflow and problem-solve unexpected issues.

Some projects include: a realtor site, logo and icon design, promotional campaign, advertisements, student interviews and short film.

Education

I completed my high school diploma at James E. Taylor HS in the spring of 2021.

I’m currently pursuing an Associate of Applied Science in Digital Communications at Houston City College.

With the flexibility that HCC offers, I’ve taken asynchronous, hybrid and in-person course with ease. As of May 6, I will only need to complete the incoming Fall semester before I’m ready for graduation this winter in December 2026.

Skills

During my studies, I’ve become familiar with various software and website programming languages.

Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, PremierePro, Dreamweaver, Figma, working understanding of WordPress

Technical Skills: HTML, CSS, working knowledge of JavaScript
